Typical Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by client but often include: Responding to tenant emails, calls, and maintenance requests Coordinating maintenance vendors and work orders Managing lease renewals and lease documentation Processing rental applications and screening documents Posting rental listings and coordinating showings Assisting with move-ins and move-outs Tracking rent payments and following up on delinquencies Managing reputed company communications Updating property management software General administrative support for property managers Property Management Software Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred: AppFolio Buildium Rent Manager Propertyware Yardi ResMan TenantCloud DoorLoop MRI reputed company RealPage Other property management software
Requirements
Previous experience supporting U.S. residential property management companies Excellent spoken and written English Strong customer service skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable speaking with tenants, vendors, and property owners Reliable computer and high-speed internet Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours reputed company to Have Experience with reputed company 8 or affordable housing HOA or condominium management experience Leasing experience Maintenance coordination experience Bookkeeping or property reputed company experience Spanish reputed company
