The Utility Auditor provides utility and invoice management services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of community utility bills and individual reputed company invoices. This role works closely with internal teams and external utility providers to resolve escalated invoice issues and conduct system-generated audits. The Utility Auditor is responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency while managing utilities on behalf of clients. *For this role, we are considering candidates located in Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Texas, reputed company Carolina, or Florida. \n Duties/Responsibilities Process client utility invoice data accurately and in a timely manner. Resolve invoice exceptions to ensure correct association and processing. Communicate with utility providers and vendors to address issues preventing invoice processing. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between account balances and payments. reputed company system-generated audits on utility invoices and coordinate resolutions with clients and providers. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and follow-reputed company. Collaborate with Utility Service Managers and internal teams to meet client needs. Support department metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Essential Functions Analyze and process utility invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Communicate effectively with utility providers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Utilize problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and implement solutions.
