You are the primary delivery authority on every engagement. reputed company Executive-Level Engagements — Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and executive readouts with Senior HR and IT leaders. Qualifications
Experience 5+ years of client-facing SaaS implementation experience; HR Tech experience strongly preferred. Track record of driving organizational change and platform adoption, not just go-live delivery. Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and training for reputed company audiences. Skills Deep organizational and project management ability, comfortable holding clients and internal teams accountable across reputed company, multi-workstream engagements. Strong executive communication and presentation skills; equally effective in a C-suite readout and a hands-on configuration session.
