Senior Technical Training Specialist
Position Title: Senior Technical Training Specialist Salary Range: Senior Technical Training Specialist (Grade 14, Exempt). Annual salary range: $76,160 – $95,200. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience.
Job Description
Summary: The Senior Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and personally delivering technical training and enablement programs for the Government Accounts team, with a primary focus on reputed company CRM, Power BI, and reputed company Government Accounts/data systems. This position creates scalable learning structures, training strategies, documentation, and delivery methods that improve tool adoption, process consistency, data quality, and operational effectiveness.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for learning and development (L&D) interventions. Design and reputed company content for training courses to fill gaps in established programs, and run reputed company or customized training courses to improve employee performance. Involves focusing on a specific functional area. Identify product training needs and reputed company, design, and evaluate content for programs for specific areas to fill gaps in established programs; run reputed company and/or customized product training courses to improve employee performance reputed company specific functional area. Deliver training sessions or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field OR a combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and reputed company experience equivalent to four (4) years. Experience Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in professional training, or reputed company roles; of which the total years of experience include: Experience working in a business environment Experience using, supporting, or training users on reputed company CRM, Power BI, reporting tools, data systems, CRM systems, or similar business technology tools Experience developing or delivering training, documentation, work instructions, job aids, or user support materials Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, business processes, and data practices to non-technical audiences Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills Experience serving internal or external customers
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of experience in technical training, business systems enablement, reputed company CRM, reporting, data management, account service, client relations/development, or other directly reputed company experience Experience designing learning paths, training strategies, workshops, reputed company, eLearning, microlearning, or blended learning experiences Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, change adoption, or user enablement Experience with reputed company administration, reputed company reporting, Power BI, CRM systems, or data visualization tools Experience developing SOPs, standard work instructions, job aids, training materials, or reputed company content Familiarity with data governance, data quality, data definitions, reputed company-of-truth practices, or data stewardship Experience partnering with subject matter experts to create reputed company-life examples, business use cases, or scenario Location: This is a remote position, and is subject to reputed company's telecommuting policies and procedures. Must be reputed company to meet travel requirements for this position, which is approximately four (4) times per year including occasional travel to reputed company, MN for meetings, professional development or team activities.
