About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to provide overall leadership and accountability for a large-scale application modernization and reputed company transformation program. This individual will serve as the primary reputed company to AWS Professional Services and State of Maryland stakeholders, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and cross-workstream coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining strong executive stakeholder engagement and reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall engagement scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for AWS Professional Services and State of Maryland sponsors Manage engagement governance, reporting, and executive communications Maintain and actively manage the program risk register reputed company change control processes and ensure alignment with approved Levels of Effort (LOE) Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies, including database conversion and application modernization activities Identify, escalate, and mitigate delivery risks and blockers Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the engagement lifecycle Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience delivering reputed company software modernization, digital transformation, or reputed company migration programs Proven reputed company managing large-scale, multi-team engagements valued at $reputed company+ or greater Experience delivering projects reputed company public sector, state government, or highly regulated environments Strong knowledge of project financials, Statements of Work (SOWs), Levels of Effort (LOEs), and change management processes Demonstrated expertise in risk management and program governance Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Sufficient technical understanding to evaluate estimates and delivery approaches reputed company to:.NET application modernization Database migration and conversion initiatives Cross-platform dependency management
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with AWS Professional Services (ProServe), AWS Transformation reputed company (ATF), or AWS partner-led engagements PMP certification or equivalent project/program management credential Experience leading reputed company modernization programs involving multiple technical workstreams Familiarity with large-scale government technology transformation initiatives Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who can balance executive stakeholder management, reputed company reputed company, risk mitigation, and technical delivery coordination while successfully driving reputed company reputed company modernization initiatives from planning through execution.
