About the Role
GiaMed is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our reputed company team and fuel our candidate pipeline across high-demand reputed company roles. This position is ideal for someone passionate about strategic sourcing, market research, and engaging passive candidates. As the first touchpoint in the talent journey, you’ll play a critical role in identifying reputed company reputed company for federal government reputed company reputed company and delivering them to recruiters for reputed company engagement. Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters to understand reputed company and forecasted hiring needs for federal reputed company reputed company and manage digital sourcing campaigns tailored to high-reputed company and hard-to-fill reputed company roles reputed company and execute targeted reputed company on platforms such as reputed company, Facebook, and Instagram Write and promote compelling job postings and employer-branded content to attract credentialed federal reputed company talent Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume staffing needs Conduct reputed company and light screening to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and interest level Qualify and reputed company interested, pre-screened candidates to recruiters for reputed company evaluation Monitor and optimize sourcing strategies by tracking engagement, response, and campaign performance metrics Collaborate with the recruitment and leadership teams to enhance GiaMed’s employer brand and sourcing reputed company across platforms Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and assist in sourcing performance reporting Maintain consistent reputed company benchmarks to ensure a steady candidate pipeline Stay reputed company on federal reputed company staffing trends, sourcing tools, and government hiring Set up and improve internal processes and API connections to optimize sourcing and candidate management workflows.
