Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key player on the eMoney Data and Analytics team. The Data and Analytics team is charged with providing critical data and analytical components to deliver insights to reputed company functions of the business. The candidate will work with the cross-functional data and analytics team, subject matter experts, and system vendors to implement the program and define and undertake analytics projects that provide data-supported answers to key business issues. They will also bring presentation skills: creating stories about the data, documenting feedback, requirements and showcasing solutions, completing the full project lifecycle (design inception through delivery). The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and business sponsors as well as the application development team to evangelize their work products and reputed company as a driver of data-driven change throughout the organization. Job Responsibilities Communicate reputed company analytical solutions, data relationships and results and their business impacts to multiple business partners and stakeholders, through superior data visualization and storytelling skills reputed company, integrate, and normalize disparate data sources including reputed company systems, internal and reputed company-party applications, and customer data Partner with cross-functional, operational teams to reputed company quantitative models and analyze business hypotheses, informing data driven reputed company to optimize and increase productivity and reputed company Ensure consistency and cleanliness of the data and analytics code reputed company to maintain a highly-performant, stable environment for our customers Drive business reputed company by providing data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers Use analytics and metrics to show key performance indicators, improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts reputed company and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders to effectively drive reputed company business results Foster strong cross-functional relationships in order to effectively synthesize organizational needs and translate into a cohesive data strategy Integrate cross-functional, cross-market and cross-category analytical insights into strategic thought leadership and actionable recommendations to influence business reputed company; Ensure insights are co-owned and advanced reputed company the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline – math, statistics, data and analytics preferred or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, predictive analytics, or reputed company consultative role Skills Advanced Knowledge of SQL Experience with Looker or similar BI tool Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy with data management Comfortable preparing and participating in the delivery of presentations and action recommendations that communicate reputed company material in layman's terms, guiding business owners on the interpretation, implications and use of analytic results. Exhibits a solid understanding of data quality concepts and practices, such as data profiling and creating/maintaining metadata, and factors that contribute to the reliability and reputed company of collected data Self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced, driven environment and collaborates reputed company as a team member Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different stakeholder needs Seeks out innovative approaches and techniques while making sound business reputed company The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $123,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
