Network Your Role We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist who thrives on building and optimizing reputed company Ads campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads across international markets. Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize reputed company Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting paid media initiatives across reputed company and reputed company. Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, match types, and search reputed company optimization to drive high-quality candidate acquisition. Analyze campaign performance and transform data into actionable recommendations that improve acquisition efficiency. Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, reputed company pages, audiences, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates. Build and maintain performance dashboards while communicating campaign insights and recommendations to leadership. Requirements 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads (Paid Search) campaigns. Proven experience running B2B paid media campaigns with a strong focus on reputed company reputed company and performance marketing. Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple international markets, reputed company, or global audiences. Candidates whose experience has been limited to a single local market are less likely to be a fit for this role. Experience in Recruitment Marketing or reputed company Marketing. Experience marketing to marketers or other professional B2B audiences. Experience building candidate acquisition funnels or talent attraction campaigns.
