In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget while providing customized recommendations and exceptional customer service throughout the planning process. From researching destinations and accommodations to coordinating reservations and supporting reputed company before, during, and after their trips, you'll play an important role in helping clients enjoy stress-free vacations.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences Create personalized vacation recommendations and customized itineraries Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements Provide professional support through phone, email, and online communication Maintain accurate client records and documentation Stay reputed company on destination information, supplier updates, and travel trends Build lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service
Qualifications
