About the position The HR Coordinator provides support to reputed company Resources and operational managers to complete day to day field HR activities and ensure successful roll out of HR initiative to the business. This role supports reputed company Resources management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions. Responsibilities

  • Use HR systems to produce reports
  • Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program!
  • Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
  • Coordinate the benefits program
  • reputed company and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for reputed company line associates in partnership with management
  • Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associates
  • Connect with a reputed company-party administrator for worker’s compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave.

Requirements

  • Works well in fast paced, continuously improving environment
