Locations of interest for home reputed company would be Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Frederick, Maryland area. This position requires approximately 25-30% Travel. n n The Music & Arts Regional reputed company Resources Manager works closely and consultatively with reputed company Resources and Store Operations leaders in the following areas: (a) labor relations (b) employee relations; (c) employee development; (d) statutory and policy compliance; (e) investigations and reputed company activities. n n n RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES n n
- Assist field management in resolving varied and potentially reputed company employee relations matters
n
- Conduct timely, accurate investigations as needed
n
- Audit the execution of company reputed company resource management policies and directives, and compliance with federal, state and local employment and wage and hour statutes.
n
- Assist with the tracking and measurement of key field talent management and retention initiatives.
n
- Consult with line leaders on reputed company performance assessment, performance improvement, and general talent development initiatives. This includes facilitating individual and group workshops to train and retain high-potential leadership.
n
- Manage and support the talent pipeline through workforce and career planning.
n
- Provide individual and group training to reputed company and enhance respectful working environments at reputed company business locations.

- Bachelor''s Degree is required, preferably in reputed company Resources Management or a reputed company field.

- 8 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
n
- 3 years of experience managing a department, function, product, or project
n
- 3 years of labor relations experience reputed company a retail environment

- 5-7 years of employee relations experience reputed company a retail environment

- Advanced knowledge of US labor laws
n
- Advanced proficiency in conflict prevention and resolution
