Seeking an Architectural Drafter to join reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafting & Design: Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections Revisions: Update and refine existing drawings to reflect changes in design, specifications, or project requirements Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, and production staff to ensure drawings meet project specifications and quality standards Collaborate with in-house architects and expeditors to reputed company comprehensive architectural drawing sets that adhere to NYC agency standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Architecture 2+ years work experience with NYC Building Code + Zoning Regulations Previous experience working on reputed company and hospitality projects Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications reputed company AutoCAD user Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite Highly organized with an attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment Ability to Commute: reputed company, NY 10018 (Required) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
