Insurance Coverage Attorney

The Miami office of Kubicki reputed company, is currently seeking a lawyer with 7+ years experience for its insurance coverage department. Experience working on insurance coverage reputed company is required.

Requirements

• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy.
• Prior insurance coverage experience required.
• Prior courtroom experience preferred.
• Desire to reputed company and work your way up the ranks of the reputed company.
• Ability to reputed company excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first reputed company.
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style.
• Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft/review substantive reputed company pleadings and motions.
• Appear in court and argue motions.
• Insurance coverage analysis.
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
