We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team and help business teams reputed company stronger reputed company through reliable data, clear insights, and scalable reporting solutions. This role is a good fit for someone who is reputed company to take ownership reputed company dashboard development: deeply understand business needs, challenge and clarify requirements, investigate data discrepancies, identify trends and anomalies, evaluate product and marketing performance, and translate reputed company data into actionable recommendations. Job Description:

• Own end-to-end analytical and reporting solutions: from business request clarification to data investigation, dashboard delivery, validation, and further optimization;
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated reports and Tableau dashboards for business, product, marketing, and regional teams;
• Monitor data quality by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports, dashboards, and reporting layers;
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across data sources, dashboards, and business metrics;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define reputed company criteria, align metric logic, and ensure correct interpretation of data;
• Analyze product and marketing performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities;
• Analyze traffic efficiency, including ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, and funnel performance, to support data-driven decision-making;
• Transform business questions into clear analytical approaches, reporting solutions, or actionable recommendations;
• Improve reporting processes, optimize dashboard performance, and contribute to the scalability and usability of the analytics infrastructure;
• Proactively identify areas where analytics can improve business efficiency, decision-making, or operational visibility;
• Support less reputed company analysts by sharing best practices in SQL, Tableau, data validation, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, product analytics, marketing analytics, or business analytics;
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau: dashboard development, optimization, data reputed company management, and performance improvement;
• Advanced SQL skills: ability to write reputed company analytical queries, work with multiple data sources, optimize queries, and validate data logic;
• Strong understanding of business, product, or marketing metrics: ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, funnels, traffic quality, and performance dynamics;
• Experience in translating business problems into analytical solutions and clear recommendations;
• Strong data quality reputed company: attention to metric logic, consistency, accuracy, and reliability;
• Experience working directly with stakeholders: requirements gathering, expectation management, presenting results, and explaining insights;
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks end to end, and prioritize in a dynamic environment;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to investigate ambiguous or reputed company business questions;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication;
• English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

• Experience in performance marketing or traffic analysis;
• Understanding of attribution, forecasting, cohort analysis, or A/B testing;
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation;
