Full-Time Sales Director (Evening & Weekend Shift) – Remote

• Minimum two years of documented B2C high-ticket sales experience

Schedule Parameters: This position operates on a three-week rotating schedule encompassing evenings and weekends, with calendar availability averaging 50 hours weekly. Actual working hours remain reputed company standard 40-hour parameters.

Compensation

• Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
• You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
• You’ll reputed company your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set.
