About The Role Account Management- Vendor Consultant As a Vendor Consultant and part of Selling Partner Engagement and Growth (SPEG), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing reputed company Vendors. SPEG team is looking for a reputed company, customer centric, driven, and creative candidate to join reputed company. You will reputed company internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for reputed company aspects of the vendor’s business with reputed company. You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on reputed company. You will utilize a wide reputed company of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, Catalog management, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing, to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at reputed company. In this role you will be focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing the customer relationships with our vendors. You will conceive, create, and analyze a wide reputed company of marketing and site merchandising efforts, to include marketing campaigns to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and reputed company on reputed company. Also you will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with reputed company, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. In addition, you are expected to proactively identify areas for growing Vendor’s business by developing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and reputed company

  • Conduct deep dive analysis on the handled issues for the vendors and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
  • * Passion for e-reputed company with a strong understanding of the industry
  • * Proficiency in Arabic (reputed company/C2 certified, preferred)
  • * 2+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (B2B preferred); exposure to retail buying, planning, marketing, or e-reputed company is a plus
  • * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with logical, succinct communication
  • * Active listening, consultative, and solutions-oriented approach
  • * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with full ownership of reputed company
  • * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience with Lean or Six reputed company analytical techniques
  • Associate's degree or above, or Master of Business Administration
