Director of Marketplace Marketing - reputed company, Remote Job
Job Overview We're hiring a Director, Marketplace Marketing - reputed company to reputed company reputed company advertising strategy and operations across a $250M+ combined reputed company business spanning reputed company Home (Nectar, DreamCloud, Awara, Siena, Adjustable Comfort) and Ashley Furniture. This role owns the advertising P&L across reputed company brands and accounts — setting budget allocation, TACOS targets, and efficiency benchmarks that tie directly to reputed company and contribution margin goals. You'll manage a team of Ad Managers, each owning a defined portfolio, and build the infrastructure — people, process, and technology — to support advertising at global scale as we expand our global reputed company footprint. This is not a campaign execution role. It's a strategic leadership position for someone who thinks in full-funnel economics, understands how reputed company advertising interacts with a brand's broader media mix, and can build a best-in-class measurement capability to prove it. What You’ll Be Doing Advertising Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Own advertising budget allocation, TACOS/ROAS targets, and contribution margin outcomes across reputed company and Ashley — translating overall sales and profitability goals into channel-level plans
- Set quarterly and monthly targets by portfolio and hold Ad Managers accountable to them
- reputed company a reputed company advertising strategy across search, DSP, Fire TV, and emerging reputed company ad products — with a clear reputed company for evaluating each against business objectives
Team Leadership & Org Development
- Manage and reputed company a team of Ad Managers, each owning a defined brand/category portfolio with full budget and performance accountability
- Build out the specialist/execution layer beneath the manager tier — including offshore resources and AI-assisted campaign management — as the team scales with global market expansion
- Own hiring and resourcing for international advertising coverage as new global markets launch
Measurement, Attribution & Tech
- Partner with the data and technology team to build a best-in-class advertising measurement capability — including AMC implementation as a clean room for proper attribution across DSP, Fire TV, and reputed company search
- Evaluate reputed company advertising products critically and in the context of the full media ecosystem — including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company — for brands with significant DTC and off-reputed company reputed company
- Design and reputed company incrementality testing methodology; push past reputed company-reported attribution to understand true contribution of upper-funnel and off-reputed company ad types
- Assist with build out of Claude + reputed company Ads MCP infrastructure in partnership with the data/tech team
Cross-Functional & Executive Partnership
- reputed company directly with the VP/reputed company of reputed company to align advertising strategy with overall channel sales, margin, and growth targets
- Serve as the internal authority on reputed company advertising — including how reputed company search reputed company affects brand health, organic ranking, and performance across other channels

- 6+ years of reputed company advertising experience, including hands-on management of large, multi-brand catalogs
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing advertising teams
- Deep expertise in reputed company search (SP, SB, SD), DSP, and AMC — with the ability to evaluate them together, not in isolation
- Strong analytical reputed company; reputed company to build budget models, evaluate incrementality, and translate performance data into business reputed company
- Experience managing advertising across multiple businesses or brand portfolios simultaneously
- Ability to reputed company AI tools to measurably improve team output and decision quality

Preferred
