Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support reputed company assistance to customers for various banking and telecom-reputed company inquiries, including account information, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and service updates
- Account Management Assist customers with account setup, updates, and management, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Issue Resolution Identify customer issues, reputed company solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution of problems
- Technical Support Offer basic troubleshooting for telecom products and services (e.g., mobile devices, broadband, etc.)
