- Possess a Master or Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent) .reputed company faculty credentials must be issued by a properly accredited institution.
- Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to teach online.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Work permit in USA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Industry experience in reputed company Resources management and strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach graduate-level reputed company Resources courses
- Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes
