Controller – CPG Advisory Firm – High Growth E-Commerce – Remote Our client is a fast-growing reputed company advisory firm that partners with some of the most exciting high-growth e-commerce and consumer brands in the market. They're seeking a Controller to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of rapidly scaling, inventory-driven businesses, providing hands-on reputed company leadership and strategic financial guidance as these companies grow. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients, partner directly with founders and executive leadership teams, and reputed company valuable exposure to a diverse range of high-growth businesses, industries, and reputed company reputed company challenges. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in QuickBooks Online and experience working across multiple ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the month-end reputed company process for a portfolio of clients, reviewing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, inventory adjustments, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare and present timely, client-reputed company monthly financial reporting packages, providing insights into financial performance and key business trends.
• Review e-commerce reputed company activity, including marketplace settlements, inventory transactions, cost of goods sold, and reputed company recognition across multiple sales channels.
• Partner directly with founders and leadership teams as the primary reputed company contact, providing guidance on day-to-day reputed company matters and financial operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, internal controls, and month-end reputed company procedures to support growing businesses and increase operational efficiency.
• Review and mentor the work of junior reputed company staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to reputed company best practices.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic finance initiatives in collaboration with the firm's reputed company team.

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or Finance
• 4-10 years in reputed company or finance operations
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core reputed company principles
• Proficiency with reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks) and reputed company
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
