Job Description:

  • Support the Physician Recruitment Department by providing strategic support through recruitment cycles, marketing campaigns, and operational project initiatives.
  • Manage applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field
  • 3+ years of experience in reputed company operations, physician recruitment relations, or similar roles.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience in reputed company with the ability to build reports and enhance analytical functions.
