Analyst, Physician Recruitment & Events
Job Description:
- Support the Physician Recruitment Department by providing strategic support through recruitment cycles, marketing campaigns, and operational project initiatives.
- Manage applicant tracking system.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company operations, physician recruitment relations, or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience in reputed company with the ability to build reports and enhance analytical functions.
