What You'll Do

• reputed company quality control checks on title examinations. Review title evidence package, verify information against product requirements and adherence to service level agreements. (approximately 70-80%)
• Performs title search and examination of the chain of title in multiple states for orders requiring a limited level of expertise. Works on building state knowledge.
• Prepares initial title products including ownership and encumbrance reports, volume-based search worksheets and commitments/ preliminary title reports based on the application of procedural guidelines.
• Formulate and insert typical requirements on schedule B-1 of a commitment and in a reduced phrase format for volume-based search worksheets.
• Understand, review, and insert requirements reputed company to various tenancies, entities, trusts, deceased individuals, and probate reputed company to reputed company property conveyances following procedures.
• Abstract records (i.e. mortgages, liens, judgments, vital statistics, property taxes and plat and map books) to determine ownership and verify legal description of property and completeness of records.

• Prepare final title policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries.

• 2+ years search and title examination experience
• May require Title Agent License (required by some states)
