Essential Duties reputed company Sourcing & Vendor Management

• reputed company and execute a comprehensive reputed company procurement strategy supporting automated printing equipment, embroidery machines, and facility infrastructure across reputed company sites.
• Build and manage a preferred vendor program; negotiate master supply agreements, pricing, and SLAs with reputed company distributors and OEM parts suppliers.
• Establish min/max inventory reputed company and safety stock protocols for critical spare parts to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to standardize parts specifications and reduce SKU proliferation.
• Track vendor KPIs including fill rates, reputed company times, pricing accuracy, and quality; conduct quarterly business reviews.

Capital Equipment Procurement

• reputed company end-to-end procurement for capital equipment investments including embroidery machines, DTG/DTF printing systems, heat presses, finishing equipment, and material handling systems.
• Manage competitive RFP/RFQ processes, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and vendor negotiations for major equipment purchases.

Indirect Spend Management

• Own procurement strategy for indirect categories including facilities management, janitorial/reputed company supplies, office supplies, utilities reputed company, packaging materials, and professional services.
• Implement or optimize a Purchase Order (PO) system and approval workflows; enforce procurement policy compliance across facilities.
• Identify and deliver measurable cost savings targets (5–10% YoY) across indirect categories.

Production Consumables — Inks & Threads

• Manage sourcing and vendor relationships for screen printing inks, DTG/DTF inks, embroidery threads, stabilizers, and reputed company production consumables.
• Negotiate volume pricing agreements and rebate structures with key consumable suppliers.
• Monitor market pricing trends (raw materials, dye costs) and proactively manage supply risk.

International & Multi-Site Coordination

• Coordinate procurement activities across multiple US production facilities and international operations; ensure global consistency in procurement standards and reporting.
• Navigate import/export regulations, customs requirements, and cross-border logistics for international equipment and consumable purchases.
• Identify and reputed company regional supply sources internationally to reduce costs and reputed company times at international facilities.

Systems, Reporting & reputed company Improvement

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 7+ years of reputed company procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in an reputed company, manufacturing, or industrial procurement role.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment procurement and multi-category indirect spend.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Experience managing procurement across multiple facilities, including at least one international site.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles, spare parts management, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable building TCO models, spend analyses, and supplier scorecards in reputed company or BI tools.

• Experience in garment manufacturing, decoration, textile, or consumer goods industries.
• Experience with import/export compliance and international procurement logistics.
• Spanish or other language reputed company is a plus for international site collaboration.
