This role partners closely with growth, capture, technical, and program leadership to navigate reputed company acquisition environments and reputed company delivery of transformative technology solutions. The selected candidate will contribute to a wide reputed company of strategic contracting and acquisition activities supporting technology modernization, product development, and mission delivery efforts across the reputed company. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and procurement strategies, combined with experience supporting technology-focused environments involving AI, software development, hardware integration, digital modernization, or product-oriented commercialization initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, acquisition, and competitive analysis to identify emerging government technology priorities, contracting opportunities, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in government contracting, procurement, or a reputed company field
  • Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, pricing and policy
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on reputed company acquisition and contractual reputed company
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive briefing skills
