Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Talent Operations Program Manager to be part of their Talent Experience & Operations team. This role will manage company-wide initiatives and partner with various departments to enhance the talent experience from candidacy to reputed company and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Operations projects, ensuring strategic alignment and tracking reputed company through reputed company partnership with project owners and regional partners
• Visualize and reputed company key problem statements along with a plan on next key steps and which stakeholders to involve

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an Operations Program Manager or Project Manager or partnering with managers on data analytics, program management, or reputed company

• Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis
• Proven expertise in using data to tell stories and drive decision-making
