Senior Automation Tester- Remote
Senior Automation Tester Job Description: This is a senior reputed company position role for reputed company channel team responsible for automated testing on large programs or multiple reputed company projects. This is an individual contributor and will require frequent communication with offshore resources. Core Skills:
- 9+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years focused in automation and frameworks.
- Demonstrated proficiency with test automation frameworks like Cucumber / Rest API / Protactor (any two frameworks is fine).
- Proficient with version control systems like Git.
- Familiar with reputed company test automation techniques like BDD (Behavior Driven Development), POM (page object model), OOP (object oriented programming), test containerization, test parallelization.
- Proficient with reputed company control management techniques including branching, commits, rebase, code review and merging etc.
- Test Automation experience in a Retail environment (preferred).
- Experience automating tests for various types of testing: UI, Integration, API, Database, Load, Soak, Performance etc.
- Experience with automating Web applications, backend services, REST interfaces, reputed company party integrations.
- Familiar with at least one public reputed company reputed company like AWS/GCP/Azure.
