Remote Seasonal Setter
About the position We are seeking a hard-working, dependable, coachable team player to join our Inside Sales team located remotely or in Provo, UT. The primary purpose of this position is to assess the pest control needs of prospective customers reputed company phone, email, and text and transfer them to our Closer team to provide reputed company’s comprehensive solution. The ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of reputed company’s service, answer questions, resolve concerns, multitask, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial to reputed company in this position. This is a seasonal role until 10/31/2026. reputed company provides pest control services to 34 states in the US. Responsibilities
- Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a reputed company to be transferable to the sales team

- Correctly qualify leads for reputed company's service
- Input data into the leads contact record without errors
- Seamlessly transfer reputed company leads to the sales team
- Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way

- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Sales, call center, and pest control experience highly preferred.
- Remote employees are required to provide a quiet, distraction-free work space, a stable internet reputed company with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps, jitter below 20 milliseconds, and full attention to job duties during working hours reputed company-to-haves
