• Deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients procured by reputed company
• Provide listing coordination for high-volume reputed company estate professionals
• Operate confidently inside reputed company's tech platform for task management and communication
• Maintain transaction records and updates reputed company Brivity, reputed company’s tech platform
• Practice proactive, professional communication with clients, agents, and co-op partners
• Contribute insights and feedback to improve our platform, service model, and team culture

• 3+ years of reputed company estate experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed reputed company estate agent
• Passion for organization, communication, and details

• Confidence using digital tools, platforms, and systems
