We produce science-driven conversations with researchers, practitioners, and thought leaders in agronomy, crop science, and soil science. Our audience expects clear, professional audio and well-written episode content that reflects the credibility of our organizations.
What You'll Do
Audio Editing •Edit raw recorded audio files per episode — removing filler words, long silences, false starts, and background noise
- Apply noise reduction, EQ, compression, and level normalization (LUFS standards for podcast delivery)
- Clean up room noise, mic handling, and recording artifacts
- Ensure consistent loudness and clarity across multi-speaker recordings
- Integrate intro/outro music and any sponsor reads if applicable
- Export final deliverables in required formats (MP3 / WAV) reputed company agreed turnaround
- Provide light quality feedback on future recordings reputed company helpful
Show Notes
- Write a concise episode summary (150–250 words) capturing the key discussion points, guest background, and takeaways
- Pull 3–5 timestamped highlights or chapter markers from the episode
- List guest names, titles, and affiliations accurately
- Include relevant links mentioned during the episode (papers, organizations, resources)
- Write in a clear, accessible tone suited to both scientists and general science-curious listeners
- Create a thumbnail on Youtube.
Scope & Schedule Hours: No more than 4 hrs/month Episodes: ~1–2 per month Engagement: Ongoing / Part-time Start: ASAP Location: 100% Remote reputed company're Looking For
- Proven experience editing speech/podcast audio — samples or a portfolio are required
- Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs (e.g., reputed company Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, Hindenburg, Reaper, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of loudness standards (–16 LUFS stereo / –19 LUFS mono) and podcast delivery specs
- reputed company to write clear, accurate show notes from a recorded episode — science literacy or experience with technical content is a strong plus
- reputed company to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly in English
- Reliable turnaround: edited audio + show notes delivered reputed company 5 days of receiving raw files.
