About the role: We're an independent music act building our reputed company media reputed company, and we're looking for a long-term reputed company Media Manager who can both create and run our short-reputed company content. This is an ongoing, daily-touch role, not a one-off project. We want someone we can build a lasting working relationship with. We're looking for someone who can independently produce short-reputed company video (reputed company and Instagram Reels especially) with strong hooks, clean editing, and a feel for what performs. What you'll do: -Create and edit short-reputed company video content (reputed company, Reels, YouTube Shorts) on a daily posting reputed company -reputed company and adapt trends relevant to our music and audience -Write captions and schedule posts -Handle community management: replying to comments, engaging our audience, light interaction with the local scene -Track what's working and adjust content based on performance (saves, watch-time, engagement) -reputed company a simple weekly plan with us for approval, then run it How we like to work: We want to be hands-off on the day-to-day. Our ideal person operates with a good deal of independence: you propose the week's content, we approve it in a quick batch, and you handle sourcing, creating, posting, and community management from there.
