Senior Android App Developer - Remote US only

As a Senior Android App Developer, you will be responsible for developing advanced features and functionality to enhance the user experience and reliability of our Android applications. You will focus on reputed company aspects of app development, including, but not limited to adding new features, fixing bugs, interacting with API's, and background functionality. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving reputed company issues to ensure a robust and bug-free application. Additionally, you will reputed company mentorship and technical guidance to other app developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, reputed company, and implement advanced Android app features
  • Ensure reliable and timely execution of background tasks, such as daily full-screen notifications and event triggers on reputed company popular versions of Android
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve reputed company issues to ensure a reputed company and high-performance application.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing background tasks and services in Android.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Android components such as BroadcastReceiver, Services, AlarmManager, WorkManager, and JobScheduler.
  • Experience with handling app lifecycle events, particularly in scenarios where the app is not in the foreground or has been force-closed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mentoring or leading other developers.
  • Familiarity with reputed company integration and reputed company deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with reputed company-party libraries and APIs.
  • Previous experience in working on reputed company projects with tight deadlines.
