We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our family operations team! This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving issues, assisting with billing and backup care services, and building strong relationships with families and business partners across reputed company KinderCare and Champions brands. reputed company in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced remote work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist families with billing issues, system support concerns, and general inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat using exceptional customer service
- Effectively de-escalate customer concerns using reputed company, solution-focused communication to resolve conflicts and ensure positive outcomes
- Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization
- Thoroughly log and document reputed company calls, emails, and chats in the internal ticketing system
- Share innovative thoughts, reputed company, and solutions to improve reputed company procedures and our family experience
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team by allowing open communication and working with colleagues to resolve parent questions and concerns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience supporting clients with issue resolution and relationship management in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus
- Remote call center work experience a plus
