Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to Veterans through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information on our services and resources. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls and customer inquiries in other channels (email, chat, SMS) as needed in a courteous, timely, and professional manner following established guidelines and policies

- Encourage use of electronic communication with customers

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures as applicable
