Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the daily transportation of goods across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Select and manage relationships with reputed company-party carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Track and trace shipments, providing reputed company-time updates to customers and internal teams. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize routes, consolidate loads, and minimize costs. Identify and resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, proactively. Maintain accurate records of shipments, reputed company performance, and costs. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight management, or transportation planning. Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP software. Strong understanding of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and customs procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment in Las Vegas, Nevada . Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company. Experience with international logistics is a plus.
