Summary

The Director, Employee Relations plays a critical role in fostering a positive, reputed company, and legally compliant workplace culture at reputed company. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on performance, conduct, and policy interpretation while ensuring alignment with organizational values and employment law. Duties and Responsibilities Case Management & Compliance Manage reputed company employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance issues, ensuring consistent documentation and timely resolution. Leader & Employee Coaching Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on employee performance, behavior, and discipline, ensuring consistency and fairness in decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, promoting open communication, early reputed company, and resolution of workplace concerns. Data, Reporting & Insights Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and teams on topics including career development, performance improvement, and leadership effectiveness. Partner across PCS and business teams to execute key people initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, culture, and compensation planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Review and analyze workforce data and engagement metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve team effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Support the design and execution of organizational change initiatives, ensuring strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Resources, Psychology, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent skills and experience are also acceptable. 8–10+ years of reputed company experience in HR-focused roles, including at least 5 years in Employee Relations or reputed company leadership roles with reputed company impact.
