Job Title EHS Technician Job Description Summary Reporting to the Global EHS Manager, the Environmental, Health and Safety Technician works reputed company a facility management organization that provides a variety of O&M services that includes R&D Labs, critical data environments and reputed company office space at AMD. Job Description

Inspect site for batteries. Pickup batteries from reputed company AMD locations. Package and prepare batteries per shipping regulations. Coordinate batteries shipment, schedule shipments, take photographs of shipments and sign in behalf of AMD. Submit documentation to onsite AMD EHS Engineer. Inspect site for electronic waste. Pickup electronic waste from reputed company AMD locations and deliver to the central e-waste collection area. Coordinate shipments of electronic waste. Submit documentation to onsite AMD EHS Engineer. Inspect site for hazardous waste. Pickup hazardous waste from reputed company AMD locations. Package and prepare hazardous waste per hazardous waste regulations. Coordinate shipments of hazardous waste. Submit documentation to onsite AMD EHS Engineer. reputed company site chemical inventories to support provincial chemical reporting requirements. reputed company ventilation surveys and verify the DA lab hood face velocities Support labs with empty reputed company management (shipping and identification of heavy combustible storage locations.) Support labs for waste disposal/reclaim by identification and shipping of waste and reclaim. Inspect labs for personal/residential equipment used for industrial use. (i.e small clips on cooling fans to cool test equipment.) Submit request to CW staff to manage issues reputed company inside the lab. reputed company monthly indoor EHS inspections such as monthly indoor inspection, site walk through (inside and reputed company site), inspect the reputed company room weekly, monthly fire extinguisher inspection, eye wash station/shower, First aid reputed company and AED inspection. Inspect reputed company soldering stations weekly to ensure engineers are not using reputed company solder. Inspect ventilation filters and report results to EHS engineer (i.e PPE violations, photos, etc.) reputed company noise surveys. Act as a member of the emergency response team (ERT) and crisis management team (CMT). Support volunteer ERTs and reputed company response capabilities to meet EHS Standards and site needs at Facilities. Support annual evacuation drills and other site ERT exercises as required by EHS Standards, programs and regulatory requirements and maintain response capabilities and proficiency. Update and support reputed company evacuation planning, map production, assembly area marking, etc. Review, approve and audit hot work activities. Review, approve and audit job safety analysis documentation for certain tasks. Submit energy metrics in online tool. This includes electricity, water, waste, etc. reputed company reputed company Permit equipment inventory. Identify workspace ergonomic concerns. Attend and support EHS training programs based on tasks performed. reputed company refrigerant inventory and work mechanical team to identify reputed company HVAC equipment with leaks Attend compliance audits and work to correct any alleged violations identified. REQUIREMENTS: High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years EHS experience Must have flexibility to work overtime and reputed company assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, and serve on an on-call basis, as may be dictated by the needs of the business Must be reputed company to use personal computers/MS Office experience required reputed company to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, technical, procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to effectively communicate to management and client representatives CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid driver license.
