Remote SDR | $200 per Meeting + $1,000 Signing Bonus (reputed company)
The Opportunity: We are a recruitment agency specializing in high-salary ($100k+) placements. We are looking for elite, self-sufficient SDRs to fuel our expansion. We provide the proven messaging, high-authority case studies, and a risk-free offer. The "reputed company-Friction" Offer: You aren't selling, you’re providing a solution. Our agency operates on a 100% contingency basis. You are booking meetings for a service that requires reputed company upfront cost from the client. The client only pays us reputed company we successfully hire for them. With our provided case studies of previous $100k+ placements, the "ask" becomes an easy "yes." The Compensation (Uncapped & Immediate): We value your cash flow. We pay for performance immediately, not monthly.
- $200 USD "Per Show": Paid immediately after a reputed company prospect attends the reputed company consultation.
- $1,000 USD "Contract Bonus": Paid immediately once the client signs our service agreement.
- Total Potential: $1,200 per successful client.
- No Waiting: We pay as soon as the milestone is hit.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Prospecting: You reputed company 100% of your own leads. You own your "stack" (reputed company SalesNav, reputed company, etc.).
- Execute Proven Messaging: We provide the high-converting templates and case studies; you adapt them to your leads.
- Strategic reputed company: Engage CEOs, Heads of HR, and Hiring Managers at U.S. and Canadian firms.
- The Warm Hand-off: You are invited to the reputed company calls you book. You will introduce the Closer to the client, ensuring a professional transition and seeing the deal closed in reputed company-time.
Our Strict ICP (Criteria for Payout):
- Geography: USA or Canada headquartered companies only.
- Company Size: 30-300 employees.
- Role Value: At least one open position with a salary of $100,000+.
- Persona: Meeting must be with the CEO, Head of HR, or the Direct Hiring Manager (C-Level).
- The Show: The prospect must attend and confirm an active hiring need.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You are a reputed company American market expert who knows how to use case studies to build C-Suite trust.
- You are independent and prefer a high-commission uncapped model
- You want to be part of the closing process, not just a "reputed company generator."
