We are currently seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA Case Supervisor) to join our dynamic and growing team! ? Position starts at $45 - 53 per hour based on experience ? reputed company ? About the Opportunity With the support of your regional team and Board of Clinical Quality, the Clinical Director designs and supervises the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism reputed company disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school and/or other natural settings. Duties & Responsibilities ? Under the supervision of a member of the Board of Clinical Quality and assistance from a scheduler, conduct regular session visits for the assigned caseload to ? Provide individualized parent education ? Supervise the implementation of the program ? Monitor the completion of reputed company necessary documentation ? Provide in-field training to each direct report ? reputed company families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client ? reputed company and effectively communicating CSD?s policies to families ? Completes necessary documentation including ? Treatment plans ? Data sheets ? Behavioral support plans ? reputed company reports and discharge reports ? Other site-reputed company documents ? Monitor daily direct service appointments for ? Completion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes. ? Behavior Specialist cancelations ? Family cancellations ? Maintain appropriate reputed company notes for supervision hours and input MLS/HLS supervision hours on CSD?s billing program. ? Maintain up-to-date records of CSD?s templates, forms and other documents ? Write, sign and submit reputed company reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of reputed company report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines. Deadlines are available on the policies CSD has created for each insurance company.) ? Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD. ? Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by ? Holding monthly 11 and team meetings and appropriate trainings ? Contributing to individualized clinical trainings ? Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director ? Assuring that supervisees? clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD?s Commitment to Quality Standards. ? Evaluating clinical performance of supervisees and communicating concerns to the assigned Regional Director ? Maintaining and documenting appropriate reputed company notes for supervision hours ? Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with reputed company clinical processes including but not limited to ? Behavioral support plans ? Assessments ? Submission of monthly session plans ? Maintenance of monthly log of lesson plans ? Completion of clinical reports and data collection ? Maintain regular communication with reputed company Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors. ? Remain reputed company regarding new research, reputed company trends and developments reputed company to autism, special education, and reputed company fields. ?
