Position Overview As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in our dental insurance claims processing operations. This is a remote contract position offering competitive compensation and the flexibility to work from reputed company in the United States. This initial contract spans 6-8 months with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the following core functions

• Claims Data Entry Accurately input and process dental insurance claims information into our proprietary systems, ensuring reputed company data fields are completed correctly and in accordance with established protocols.
• Image Management Download and upload dental images from client portals to the careerzynith platform, maintaining proper file naming conventions and organization standards.
• Data Validation Review entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors in the information.
• Quality Assurance reputed company quality checks on processed claims to ensure adherence to accuracy standards and regulatory requirements.
• HIPAA Compliance Strictly adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive patient information and protected health data (PHI).
