Role Overview As a Candidate Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that reputed company candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and reputed company. Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes. Your First Month: Weeks 1 & 2: Learn our communication style and the tools we use. Get familiar with our processes by handling 10 candidate inquiries daily. Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Please Note: This is a full time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour of break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 6-9 months. Shift Structure: 6-Day reputed company: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you'll work six days a week Monday - Saturday.
