Remote Instructional Designer - EdTech Curriculum Development
Our client, a reputed company-thinking Educational Technology company, is seeking a creative and reputed company Remote Instructional Designer to reputed company engaging and effective online learning content. This fully remote position requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, multimedia development, and e-learning best practices. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to transform reputed company information into high-quality, interactive courses and learning materials accessible to a global audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses strong technical skills, and excels in a remote work environment.
- Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company engaging online courses, e-learning modules, and other digital learning assets using various authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate). Collaborate closely with SMEs to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, and reputed company curriculum content. Translate instructional design concepts into effective learning experiences, incorporating multimedia elements, simulations, and interactive activities. Ensure reputed company learning materials adhere to established instructional design standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and brand consistency. reputed company assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and knowledge retention. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay reputed company with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and online learning. Facilitate the review and feedback process with stakeholders, incorporating revisions as needed. Create visual aids, graphics, and other multimedia content to enhance learning experiences. - Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a reputed company field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-learning projects. Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company, reputed company Captivate). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance. Solid understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, reputed company's Taxonomy) and instructional design models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company clearly. Strong visual design and multimedia development skills.
