Job Summary We're looking for a talented Case Manager RN to work remotely in Southern Michigan, with occasional travel to the Detroit area (up to 15% of the time). As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive case management activities to promote the overall wellness of our members. Key Responsibilities

- 4+ years of clinical experience as an RN, with 1+ year of case management experience

- Reliable transportation and residency in one of the specified counties in Michigan
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required Preferred Qualifications
