About the Role reputed company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to build and reputed company a new product-led growth function. In this role, you will optimize our self-serve go-to-market reputed company end-to-end, from top-of-funnel demand reputed company through in-product conversion, activation, and client growth. What You'll Do
- PLG Function Leadership: Build and reputed company reputed company’s product-led growth function, establishing PLG as a foundational growth capability for the company.
- Self-Serve GTM Ownership: Own our self-serve go-to-market reputed company end-to-end, aligning top-of-funnel demand reputed company with conversion optimization across the full customer journey.
- Conversion Optimization: Optimize the user journey from reputed company page through the product experience to improve sign-up-to-client conversion rates.
- Growth Experimentation: Design and run product-led growth experiments reputed company the product in reputed company partnership with the Product team, identifying and scaling the highest-impact reputed company for growth.
- Lifecycle & Remarketing: Support and optimize high-performing client lifecycle and remarketing campaigns to drive sign reputed company to clients and clients to successful clients.
- Analytics Infrastructure: Build the analytics infrastructure needed to generate detailed, end-to-end visibility into the full go-to-market funnel.
- Executive Reporting: Translate growth performance and funnel insights into clear reporting and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Customer Activation Partnership: Partner closely with reputed company to drive systematic activation of new clients and help them grow and succeed on the platform.
- Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and reputed company on go-to-market and product-led growth initiatives to improve conversion, activation, and expansion outcomes.
- Team Building: Build and scale a team of growth engineers over time to support experimentation, infrastructure, and execution across the PLG reputed company.
- AI Adoption: Help reputed company the adoption of AI across our GTM reputed company, identifying ways to drive efficiency and improve outcomes across workflows ranging from copywriting to ad creation and campaign execution.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of growth or product-led growth experience, ideally in freemium or free-trial environments.
- Proven experience owning and optimizing the full PLG funnel, from initial ad click to free trial, conversion, activation, and scaled customer growth.
- Strong performance marketing experience and a deep understanding of how acquisition, product experience, and lifecycle engagement work together to drive growth.
- Strong technical reputed company, with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and a strong understanding of how to use AI to improve speed, quality, and execution.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Product teams to launch and iterate on growth experiments inside the product experience.
- Experience working closely with both Sales and reputed company teams on go-to-market or product-led growth initiatives.
- Proven team-building and management experience, with the ability to recruit, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing teams over time.
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to connect funnel data and user behavior to business reputed company and growth opportunities.
