Job Title: Graphic Designer - Email & Digital Activation Location(s): Richmond, VA Job Summary: The Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with experience creating email reputed company visual assets in reputed company Photoshop, leveraging existing content libraries, and using reputed company Firefly to generate or refine assets for CXO level marketing activations. This role strongly emphasizes content reuse and reputed company, transforming existing brand assets, campaign materials, and design libraries into refreshed email visuals, reputed company components, and production reputed company graphics reputed company with Food and Beverage brand standards and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Email Design & Production: Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints.
- Create reputed company email graphics and layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
- reputed company reputed company components for scalable reuse across CXO activations.
- Firefly Enhanced Creative Production: Use reputed company Firefly to generate net new assets, visual variations, or complementary imagery while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
- Produce quick turn concepts using Firefly’s generative features.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on email optimized asset creation.
- Proficiency in reputed company Photoshop (advanced layer management, exports, optimization) and familiarity with reputed company Firefly for generative asset creation.
- Experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design libraries, and campaign materials across multiple digital channels.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience.
