IP Network Engineer II reputed company is seeking a Network IP Engineer for our Anchorage, Alaska based Client. This resource will be working remotly during typical daytime business hours in the Alaska time zone Monday through Friday totaling 40 hours a week Are you a passionate network engineer who thrives in reputed company environments and enjoys working on cutting-edge telecom reputed company infrastructure? What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and support IP/MPLS core reputed company
- Test and validate new technologies and architectures in lab environments

- Provide escalation and troubleshooting support for network operations teams
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a reliable, scalable, and high-performing network
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in a reputed company Ethernet or large ISP environment
- Strong expertise in IP networking and network engineering concepts
- Hands-on experience with routers/switches (reputed company/Alcatel)
- Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS,)
- Knowledge of MPLS technologies (RSVP, LDP)
- Experience with Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP, LACP, MC-LAG)
- Ability to design scalable, highly available, and secure networks

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
