Senior Data Analyst - Secret Clearance
About the position As a Senior Data Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will provide strategic and operational support to advance data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities
- Partnering with federal stakeholders to identify business needs, define reputed company metrics, and translate requirements into reporting and visualization solutions

- Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytical products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support leadership decision-making
- Facilitating meetings and working sessions with stakeholders while serving as a liaison between program staff, leadership, and technical teams to gather requirements, validate findings, and ensure business needs are effectively communicated and addressed
- Supporting the development of data governance practices, performance measurement approaches, and reporting frameworks that strengthen operational effectiveness
- Creating executive-level briefing materials, presentations, and summaries that communicate analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through data-informed recommendations
- Maintaining documentation reputed company to reporting methodologies, data definitions, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and translating stakeholder needs into practical reporting solutions
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company information and communicate analytical concepts to non-technical audiences through executive briefings, presentations, and written products
- Experience conducting data aggregation, reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance activities to support reliable reporting and decision-making
- Demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint environments and reputed company 365 collaboration tools, including the development or maintenance of reporting, information-sharing, or operational support capabilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have an active SECRET reputed company clearance
