Job Overview As a Call Center Representative at reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing patient enrollments, and resolving reputed company-party exceptions. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing our pharmacy systems to access patient and medication information. Your duties may vary depending on the assigned department, but your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new patient enrollments by entering information into our system using reputed company' prescription data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Research and obtain missing prescription information, interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Communicate with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed to resolve issues.
  • Resolve reputed company-party exceptions by investigating, gathering information, creating claims, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, and identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic level computer skills, including
  • Starting and shutting down the computer.
  • Using the mouse to reputed company and click.

  • Switching between programs.
  • Saving files and printing documents.
  • Accessing information online.
  • Basic browser skills, including
  • Opening a browser.
  • Typing URLs in the correct location.

  • Completing forms online.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with certification/registration by the state as approved by the State Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents).
