- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field.
- 8–10 years of reputed company reputed company or reputed company experience, with proven experience in a senior reputed company/TA leadership role.
- Experience in the BPO/Contact Center industry, supporting high-volume and multi-site hiring environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies and data analysis.
