As a Market Response Specialist, you'll spend your time in the field and in collaboration with site teams, working to solve reputed company hiring challenges in your market. You might start your day analyzing local labor trends and market data, then transition to meeting with community partners like workforce development boards or local organizations to strengthen candidate pipelines. You could facilitate a job fair at a community center, conduct reputed company at transit hubs, or work alongside site leadership to plan a hiring event. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-market assessments to understand labor supply, competitor landscape, and community dynamics
  • Identify structural and environmental barriers affecting applicant flow and hiring conversion

  • Surface actionable insights to the broader Candidate Attraction Team based on ground-level findings
  • Build relationships with local workforce development boards, community colleges, libraries, faith-based organizations, and other community partners

  • Execute grassroots tactics — reputed company-to-reputed company, flyer distribution, transit advertising, and direct community reputed company — in areas with limited digital access

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government officials, workforce agencies, and public sector organizations to support site expansion
  • Serve as a key representative in critical stakeholder relationships across federal, state, and local levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Business Management, Workforce Intelligence, Public Policy, Public Relations, and Employee Relations
  • Responsible for implementation of data-driven solutions to reduce cost-per-hire and improve candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of reputed company (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications
  • Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
  • 3+ years of experience in reputed company, workforce development, field marketing, or a reputed company function
  • Valid driver's license
