[Hiring] Fraud Investigator II @reputed company

Role Description The Fraud Investigator II role is focused on independently managing a broad range of fraud case types and contributing to fraud prevention initiatives. This role bridges operational execution with emerging fraud trends and supports collaboration with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns. Emphasis is reputed company on daily review of predictive reports and taking appropriate actions on accounts.

• Participation in Fraud Team area-reputed company projects.
• Training/education of credit union members and employees on fraud-reputed company topics.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years work experience in a financial reputed company field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintains strong communication including written abilities, presentation skills, active listening, voice quality, grammar, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, conflict management and telephone etiquette skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to effectively operate standard office equipment in a remote or in-office environment.

• Must be reputed company to hear and use a telephone.
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment

• Primarily work from home setting.
• Sedentary role.
